I haven’t been in a hot air balloon before, but I can only imagine the vistas and feelings of lightness and tranquility from the gorgeous view. As much as I travel (including next week to Canada), I forget everything else and get a little giddy when we ascend, everything becomes smaller, and we’re up in the clouds.
Have you been on a hot air balloon ride before?

Gorgeous photo! I’ve always wanted to go hot air ballooning too. My friend actually just got a chance over the weekend – she said it was awesome!!
I have been on a hot air balloon ride one time – in Luxor, Egypt, over the Valley of the Kings. I love seeing them in the sky during early morning drives through the Napa Valley. Definitely worth trying! Love the colors in that photo!

i have never been either – they have them in upstate NY where my boyfriend has a house on a lake – and then out west in NJ .. but i’m scared of heights – so i’m scared to pay for it – then HAVE to land b/c i’ll be a nervous wreck!

WOW from this view it is amazing just how large that balloon is, I have never been, but what an amazing experience that would be someday.
A hot air balloon ride is definitely on my “bucket list.” And quite possibly a killer blog post – might have to speed it up!
