The weather is getting a tiny bit cooler now. While it isn’t cold enough for me to put on sweaters or coats (sigh that Mackage Jamie coat is still pristine and unworn back in NYC), it is at least less humid these days. I was always a fan of this time of year – it is just the beginning of winter and the air is still crisp. It isn’t usually terribly cold yet on the East coast, but just enough for me to dig out my boots, layer on my sweaters, and throw on a cute faux fur vest or stole (you know faux fur is fab). I stay warm as I head out to meet friends and see all the holiday decorations in store windows around town (Lord & Taylor and Saks usually have cool displays). While I’m on the beach these days without a fur jacket, I still appreciate the thoughts of staying warm on cold winter days.

Love the first photo :)) To keep warm, I always throw on big wooly sweaters and wrap up with a blanket if needed and drink something warm too!! It’s been cold here, we’ve had to wrap up tight while outside, but its a nice cold – if there is such a thing..a stillness to it that I enjoy 🙂 I hope you have a great Monday doll!! x
I love fur lined coats, as long as its faux. these are beautiful. Chic tweed and wool trenches with boots are my fav
I love the idea of fur on the beach. I love the jumping shot and the one where she is sitting in the sand. The faux fur vests are so incredibly chic in NYC in the winter!

Oh it’s so cold today! These look cozy and warm. I’m in need of a new winter coat. Off to shop for one tonight. It’s like 30 degrees and all I’m wearing is a sweater dress, fur vest and a cape. Not doing the trick 🙂

I love these coats! My Theory peacoat is my favorite cold-weather item . . . since the temperatures here are usually within 15-20 degrees of each other all year long, I wear it year-round!
The temps in NYC continue to be above avg. for the season this week. I like to stay warm with colorful accessories. Have a great week!

It just got cold here on Sunday! I’m so excited to snuggle up with my HUGE puffy coat and scarf and hat. Although, I’m sure that excitement won’t last too long when I’m constantly freezing 🙂

Ooo A mackage coat owner as well? I bought mine last year and absolutely love that coat, can’t wait to take pictures of it next month!
