I was a ballerina for about 10 seconds when I was 5 years old. My lack of coordination was apparent even then (sigh). I moved onto other activities, but have always appreciated ballet. I thought this clock with the moving ballerina legs would be so cute in a little girl’s room, or even a quirky accent for an office (check out the moving gif which I couldn’t copy over too well).

…celebrating Mr. Spend ‘n Chomp’s birthday! He is always a little shy about asking for a party, but loves to be surrounded by friends (or at least with me on a vacation somewhere) on his special day. We are going to a reliable French bistro with the best pretzel bread. It is impressive how many pieces of pretzel bread I can eat…I also love how birthdays are a great chance to see friends and just have fun!

That’s an adorable wall clock. I too love ballet, though was too tomboyish to ever have made it to being one.
