My love for hats is no secret (as documented here when I was looking for a new straw hat last summer).
Sunglasses are great for shielding your face from the sun, but I love having a hat on to really give me a little more coverage. That and I fear getting strange forehead tans (it’s true though, my face is a few shades darker than my neck and it is so annoying!) I believe that a fedora is the perfect hat style and when I saw once in lace, swoon, thunk, and click. This hat is so unique and fun – I love how a feminine fabric jazzes up a traditionally male style.
This hat is definitely going on my shopping list. Do you have a go to hat for summer?

That’s a fab hat at a great price! I’m totally into hats for sun protection as well. I’ve also been known to pull out an umbrella sometimes when the sun is extra harsh ;p This summer my go-to has been a J. Crew straw fedora I bought on sale last year.
