What are your New Year Resolutions?

Do you want to become more fit?
Do you wish to finally pursue that dream career?
Or will you look inside and have the courage to change things about yourself?

I seldom make resolutions in the New Year, but I am reminded of one resolution I made last year. I didn’t like the way clothing was becoming uncomfortably tight (all in the wrong places of course!) and I resolved to become healthier. Now a fresher diet (fewer processed food please!) and visits to the gym are just part of my lifestyle. It was more of an internal resolve to appreciate my body and become stronger than it was to fit into a body con dress (I’ll leave those to the 20 year olds!)

I realize that there are other things I’d like to change in myself. After that, who says I can’t change the world?
