Paris, oh Paris – this is the ultimate city for fashion inspiration and their fall 2013 fashion week is wrapping up now.
Of course Chanel is the fashion house of many fashionista’s dreams. The ever unapologetic Karl Lagerfeld designed a collection that reflected his own urban edge. But this was a look that was tempered by the eye for extraordinary detail that is one of Chanel’s trademarks (glittering tweeds anyone?)

Otherwise this weekend I am…
…going to see a few friends at their place and inviting a few others over to our place. Sometimes it is nice to just go to a friend’s house and have a leisurely meal. I can throw a few things in the oven and have a relaxed time chatting as the smells of roasted chicken and carrot pudding waft through the air.
