I’ll admit it – I can be a fickle girl.

At times, I want to be surrounded by friends, let loose, and laugh.  Other times, I just want to be alone or with my husband and sit quietly at home reading a good book or catching up on a silly television show (woot, “Mindy Project”!)  My emotions can change with the day and with my environment, just like anyone else’s emotions.

I saw this beautiful bridge in Banpo, Seoul and was struck by the beautiful changing colors (courtesy of 10,000 LED light bulbs).  All of the colors work beautifully together, but you can certainly see one color more prominently than the other colors if you have a certain perspective.  The same could certainly be said of our emotions, as the wise Mr. Picasso stated above.  We may feel passionate at one time and wear something bright, but then we may feel tranquil or sad at other times and may wear something dark.

What colors reflect your emotions?

Have a great week lovelies!

This is amazing, I would love to see this in real life :))) I think a lot of us are fickle when we care to admit it really. I can go from one thing to the other as I get bored sometimes. I like being alone and then I like being with people. I’m easy going really, it’s just with certain things I can be fickle. I hope you have a marvellous new week doll xx

that’s gorgeous! i have a type of synesthesia where i “see” colors based on the sounds i hear, so color is a very dominant presence in my life.

Thank you for your sweet comment Miss B! There are some really beautiful shades highlighting this bridge and I hope to see it in Korea some day. Have a lovely week!

I fully agree about that, I never thought about it as a ‘rainbow of emotions’ but now that you have mentioned it, I feel the same. I hope you have an inspiring week ahead doll!

Beautiful! The purple colours are just outpours of emotions and inspiration. Most colours affect my mood, especially love yellows! 🙂

Great post and beautiful pictures! I would say that a spectrum of purples reflect my emotions, from soft and light lavender all the way to deep and dark plum. I just love the complexity and unique beauty of purple.

I’ve seen the Banpo bridge in the background of a few of my K-dramas and it’s beauty certainly never fails to impress.

what a beautiful sight that must be to view in person, and I think we are all a bit fickle, it’s what makes us human, after all, isn’t it? One moment we seek a certain thing with complete conviction and at the drop of a hat, completely change our minds.
