Hello 2014!
It is a new year replete with new promise and new beginnings. I saw this photo shoot and immediately though of new and fresh starts.
What do you hope to begin anew this year?
I’m hoping to maintain the good things that occurred in 2013 including keeping in regular contact with family and friends (thank goodness for FaceTime and WhatsApp!), exploring new professional opportunities and growing my own skill set in the social entrepreneur space, and learning to become a more patient and understanding person.
I’m also hoping to get to at least one new country (my husband’s good friend is getting married in Finland so that is a possibility!) and really enjoy life’s little moments. It has been a process for me to understand and appreciate all of life’s blessings and I promise to see the world in more positive and grateful eyes. I know I can still be better at keeping in contact with people as well so I’ll try to do that and e-mail a few of you! Big things will be happening next year and I am also thinking of rebranding this blog, but I will take it one step at a time!

Sam, I would LOVE to come to South Africa! I’m just not sure when that will happen. You know I would definitely let you know if I was in your home town!
These are wonderful pictures doll. The new year will be full of brand new things I’m ready for that completely. Am determined to make it more exciting, but also take it one day at a time. I hope you have a marvellous year doll & enjoy yourself completely xx

I love your plans for the new year! Mine is a continuation of things to. Just minimize as much as possible, keep things simple, less stress and work on me. HaHaHa

I’m afraid that if I say my resolutions out loud I would feel bad if I cannot stick to them. For starters I’m resuming my yoga classes 🙂
