What is your favorite type of dance?
In the pre-baby days, I used to love to dance hip hop and salsa (well I tried, my husband is a much better salsa dancer!) There is just something about dancing that goes beyond physical exertion – I feel lighter and happier when I am dancing to a favorite song. These days, I have an extra dancing partner so it isn’t quite the same when I dance with my husband. We make do by holding our little partner in between us as we dance. Lesson here? Dance and dance often with loved ones.

I’m not much a dancer. The closest I get is kick boxing lol.

I love to dance. I don’t know any proper steps, but just to be able to move freely and without inhibition is all that matters to me.
