Is there an age limit for home decor?
Should I be stop myself from liking a decorative piece covered in sequins or a gilded piece that comes in a cute animal shape because it’s “too young”?
I certainly hope not because I am really loving the decor from Emily + Meritt’s collection for PB Teen. These Hollywood stylists/former Current Elliott designers have created a capsule collection for PB teen full of vintage touches, golden sheens, and fanciful shapes. The silhouettes are just plain fun. I’d gladly use a gilded cat container or sequin pillow and think it adds such an unexpected sparkle to a room, especially an office or family room. At least one of the star pillows or hanging stars will make it into my daughter’s room too (we call her our little star!)

Some of these pieces feel abit youthful but they have a nice amount of sophistication as well. The cat feet tray is adorable!
My vacation post is going up tomorrow! It was easily one of the most relaxing getaways we’ve had in awhile. I didn’t even miss NYC 😛
