What was your favorite outfit from the Golden Globes this year?

It’s funny because I was looking through the red carpet pictures and realized that my favorite gowns were all so different!  Emma Stone’s sequined Lanvin jumpsuit isn’t even a gown, but has such wonderful sparkle complete with the most elegant of butt bows.  J. Lo didn’t disappoint with a Zuhair Murad gown that was even more dramatic than those of her bedazzled peers.  Naomi’s outfit stands out not only for the bright hue of the Gucci gown, but the edgy elegance of the Bulgari snake choker.  Lupin N’yongo and Julianne Moore impressed me because of the gorgeous textures that distinguished their Giambattista Valli and Givenchy for Riccardo Tisci dresses.  Finally, I just loved the beautiful silhouettes and draping of Diane Kruger in Emilia Wickstead, Jennifer Aniston in Saint Laurent (LBD 2.0!). and Emily Blunt in custom Michael Kors.

It really made me think that beauty isn’t defined by just one style, but can encompass so many different looks.  Appreciate the beauty in variety!

Have a lovely week!

Kizzy, I didn’t watch either, but loved looking at all the fashion. Stacey just said Gina Rodriguez had a great speech so I’ll check out some of the speeches too!

Tanvi, seriously Diane Kruger’s gown was so simple but fit so beautifully and had a wonderful sheen right?! It was unbelievably elegant!

These are all fab! JLo definitely wowed! My fave moment actually is not gown related, but speech related:-). Love Gina Rodriguez’s speech!

I love that Emma Stone and Lordes rocked pants. My favorite was Viola Davis in that red stunner and many of your picks.

Emma Stone and Julianne Moore had two of my favorite Golden Globe looks and I loved their hair and makeup as well. Some people really needed to cool it with the bronzer haha

Haha, I hear you Rowena and some people were definitely very bronzed! I loved Emma Stone’s look because it was very youthful and fun. The girl knows how to work Lanvin!
