I just adore simple and unique design. A design gets bonus points if it is adorable and functional as well. I was instantly smitten with these Japanese designed polar bear tea bag holders. The polar bears are porcelain bears designed and crafted in Japan in an area renowned for its porcelain history. I just love that it’s cute and can act as a holder for small snacks as well!

..playing tourist and tour guide! I have a few friends that came to this side of the world for a visit so I have been busy taking them to the sites around town. It has been pretty busy every day so my apologies for the virtual silence, but I’ll find a bit more time to get online to post and check out your blogs too. This tour guide is exhausted! It has been great playing a tourist though and we hope to have fun at the Night Safari too.
