Do you live an active lifestyle?

I don’t go to the gym nearly as often as I used to as compared to my life pre-baby.  But I’m not a total slouch either (it is tempting sometimes!)  I do small things to remain active.  For example, I try to use the stairs or at least walk on the escalator in my daily commute and I do pushups and a plank almost every morning to get going in the morning.  I’m also motivated by my Fitbit app to walk as much as possible (I walked more than 16k steps/7 miles the day of the fashion show!)
