Happy Fun, Free Friday lovelies!

Art Highlight

I love finding art with movement and color so I was instantly drawn to Nelson Makamo’s portraits of children in Johannesburg.  He really captured not only the glow of youth, but the energy and vibrancy of these urban residents. I love the variety of paints, oils, and charcoals.  The tools are distinct, yet cohesively create such a dynamic portrait of each individual.

Otherwise this weekend I am…

…wrapping up LOTS of details for the 3 events I’m helping to organize next weekend.  So I’ve been tirelessly working on 3 separate events next weekend and will literally be working all day and part of the night.  It will be completely nuts but completely cool too. In the meantime, I’m networking tomorrow to bring more people to the events and also training the volunteers for next week.  Almost there…

What are you doing this weekend?

Have a fabulous weekend!
