FFF – Virtual sky by Miguel Chevalier and Maldives trips

October 21, 2016

Happy Fun, Free Friday lovelies!

Virtual sky by Miguel Chevalier

I am a sucker for beautiful architecture. I have an affinity for and adored living in London and France because I was surrounded by such beautiful design.  Most of these designs were centuries old and spoke of the art and preferences of the times.  I found this installation Saint Estuache Church fascinating. Voûtes Célestes is a installation of a gorgeous virtual sky by Miguel Chevalier with 35 different colored patterns.  These celestial skies illuminate and highlight the gorgeous architecture of the church itself. I bet people that live with such beautiful sites actually forget to appreciate design!   But now, these lights also make one recognize the beauty of the church as well.

Otherwise this weekend I am…

…in the Maldives! We are so excited to be visiting this stunning tropical aisle.  I’ll write about some of my experiences there.  We are so fortunate to be spending a vacation here.  Seriously, I only have this opportunity as well because I won a Facebook contest!  Check out my Facebook and Instagram for photos and live video as well.  Say hi and let’s connect there too!
