Confession: I don’t watch much HGTV, but I love all things having to do with home remodels and decor. I’ve read a bit about Chip and Joanna Gaines who seem so add a rustic chic style to the homes they remodel. They have just launched Hearth & Hand with Magnolia at Target – home decor and holiday decor with a “modern farmhouse” vibe. I’d love to see these 300 products in store which range from holiday decor to kitchenware and tote bags. 500 Target stores will have 12-foot tall house structures decorated with pieces from the collection so guests can get a better feel for the decor. I hope there are still some pieces in store when I visit California!
My favorites from the collection are the candle holder, cutting board, and the adorable house shaped lanterns.
Would you incorporate modern farmhouse chic in your home?
I know this collection and the people behind it get a ton of hype but I honestly don’t get it. The aesthetic is just way to rustic for my tastes.
I love Chip and Joanna Gaines! Hated to see their show end, but I heard they may come back (With a different TV Network). I love the whole Farmhouse Decor Charm. Mine is more classic, but I wouldn’t mind doing this with a new home. They come out with some really great things.
