I’ve been writing the travel log in order to share and recommend some of my experiences abroad (too bad I couldn’t give you some free beer and meat from Taiwan right?)
I wanted to make the beautiful city of Toledo more tangible for you by giving away a pair of Damasquino (24k gold work on other non-precious metal) earrings. I tried to choose a more contemporary, but fun style and hope one of you enjoys it. I can totally imagine it with a great spring or summer outfit!

Beautiful earrings! Right now, my favorite piece of jewelry (aside from my e-ring, of course), is a statement necklace with glass beads from India – a gift from my future mother-in-law. i wish i could say my favorite pieces of jewelry are my nipple rings, but sadly, my nips couldn’t take the heat of the needle… (kidding). i’d say my fave is the watch Mike gave me for our 5 year anniversary. Watches are my fave.

Aside from the personal significance of my wedding ring, my favorite piece of jewelry would have to be a beaded necklace that my Granddad brought back from an Indian reservation he was volunteering on. They’re not actual beads, but some kind of seed of some sort and have been dyed red. I love it because not only does it remind me of him but because it makes me think of my childhood and how I saw the world at that time.

Oh, these are absolutely gorgeous! I only own studs myself; but these make me want to go out and buy loads of dangly pairs – stunning!
Currently my favorite piece of jewelery is a Lola & George Cocktail Ring made from distressed copper wire and swarovski crystals. Everyone says it looks like a jeweled birds nest – I simply adore it!
