What are your favorite islands? I’m not normally a fan of beach vacations, but am currently on one with my lovely little family. Our favorite islands so far have been Boracay in the Philippines and Phuket in Thailand. They are both relatively developed areas and can get crowded. But they are also the sites of two of the most beautiful beaches or views in the world. Now we are in the Maldives and I’m so excited to be taking in these beautiful views of the Indian Ocean.
This editorial – Vie Chidiac for Elle Québec June 2016 – also highlights beautiful gowns as well as views. I thought it paired beautifully with the quote above and my love for different islands around the world. I am so fortunate to have traveled to a few gorgeous isles around the world. Hence, I’ve witnessed beautiful seaside sunsets from the Caribbean to the Pacific. But the more I travel, the more I want to keep on traveling. I’m constantly amazed by the beauty in so many parts of the world and I’m inspired to keep on exploring, discovering, and maintaining a sense of wonder.

These are the types of pics i always hope to take when i do a beach vacation, but it never seems to work out that way, lol. i was born on an island in the carib, and i’ve been to many many other islands there. i’ve also been to thailand and i loved it there.
Cheryl, you’re so lucky to have been to so many gorgeous islands. I love the beaches and islands in Thailand too! It’s one of my favorite places!
These pictures are breathtaking! Love the colors and how the dresses flow 😀 So romantic. I’ve only been to miami and it was awesome. Would love to visit the caribbean or Hawaii one day.
