FFF – Miniature pottery by Yuta Segawa

September 13, 2019

Happy Fun, Free Friday lovelies!

I love the beauty and symmetry in vases, bowls, and other pieces of pottery. There is such a sense of elegance about them. They are especially lovely when glazed with beautiful deep and dreamy blues and purples (my personal favorites). I was even more impressed when I saw these pieces of miniature pottery by Yuta Segawa. The London-based artist learned to create these pieces in both Japan and China and they are as perfectly proportioned as their larger counterparts.

Otherwise, this weekend I am…

…catching up. I’ll finally catch up with a friend who had her third! baby. I will also catch up with some reading and studies – I’m in the final stages for my certification test! We are also catching our breath for a bit before my daughter starts a slew of activities including girl scouts and possibly more dance classes (she’s all about dance lately).

What are you up to this weekend?

Have a lovely weekend!
