The Prada Double Club
You already know of my love for interactive art. How interesting if you can truly experience art as a lounge and nightclub too! The Prada Double Club which was just open at Art Basel in Miami was created by Carsten Höller specifically to enable viewers to experience as well as see the space. It was designed with “two-sidedness” in mind – the outdoor space has a tropical vibe, while the interiors are monochromatic. Thus, viewers are meant to feel pale or vibrant as compared to their environment. What an interesting concept!
Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…going to try to find some time for myself. I have had the usual busy period at home taking care of the little ones (the baby still is under the weather). But I’ve also found myself consumed by minor things around the house – cleaning, reorganizing, and decorating. It never ends and I find myself with barely an hour to myself at the end of the day. My husband has graciously offered me some time this weekend. I hope to work on a few blog posts and also think about what I’d like to write next year. I’m also working on some photography and fixing my camera as well. Me time is always a good thing right?

It’s tough when you have two little ones to care for, I bet it gets overwhelming at times. Your husband is amazing to let you have some time alone, maybe a good spa session?

Yes, actually I didn’t get as much time today and still had to prep and cook dinner. But it’s nice to have a few moments when it’s just me. I’m off to fix my camera now!

Oh, I know how hard it is to find time for yourself,, it can really be stressful and bring one down when there is no time for yourself to recharge and just be you. with three, it’s a struggle at times. but, thankfully my husband as well, takes the girls while i have some me time. x
