Jessica Stam for Harper’s Bazaar Kazakhstan January 2019

“Now in the 21st century, the boundaries separating chemistry, physics, and medicine have become blurred, and as happened during the Renaissance, scientists are following their curiosities even when they run beyond the formal limits of their training. “

I love witnessing and participating in growth. Jessica Stam for Harper’s Bazaar Kazakhstan January 2019 is a beautiful editorial that reminded me of a renaissance. I still best remember her for inspiring the popular Marc Jacobs Stam bag and being a hot model of the 2000s. She went on to become a Peacejam ambassador and also designing a collection for Rachel Roy seemingly slowing down her modeling. But I’ve been seeing her in magazine editorials more and more in recent years. It is so interesting to watch someone’s career and the different paths they take.

I’ve also looked back on the different paths I’ve taken over the years. While I began in a more traditional path of working for financial services firms, I also joined a social enterprise and worked in fashion as well. I’ve done everything from marketing to operations. Now I’m also likely helping out with a publication as well and exploring a few new paths. I may have a personal renaissance and revisit a former interest and industry. Sometimes we go onto different paths to come back to a familiar one. So be patient and pursue what you’re good at and love.

Have a lovely week!

Sometimes the journey to our paths can be a little uncertain or rocky but the important thing is to always trust and believe in ourselves that we will find our way.
