I love seashells. Each one is individual and unique with a beautiful design or pattern (just like us!) I bought a beautiful set of white and pink seashell wind chimes that still hang in my parent’s house. I don’t always collect sea shells at the beach, but will certainly keep an eye out for very special ones. That’s why I appreciated this quote from Anne Morrow Lindbergh. While we may be presented with a wide selection of seashells, we may only find a few choices ones on the beach. These editorial via this Elle España April 2016 certainly recalled the concept of concentrating on the beautiful few.
I’ve really started to appreciate the beautiful few moments as well since I am currently visiting family. We don’t see our family that often, so we really savor the moments when we do. It is especially beautiful to see my little one laughing her head off with her cousins and aunties, frolicking in the parks in SF and NY, and discovering new places. She is full of excitement and wonder at seeing her loved ones. I know I certainly appreciate my family more now that I have fewer opportunities to see them. So savor those beautiful few places and moments friends!
