Here are some worthy reads from blogger buddies and beyond:
– Frittatas are among my favorite foods and Closet Cooking posted this recipe for roasted red pepper frittata with sausage and marinara sauce.  I totally want to try this!

– Quintessence wrote a piece about Pennoyer Newman – creators of beautiful stone resin planters and plaques.  But I am most excited about this torch bearer’s arm!  How quirky and functional would this be in a garden bearing lights or decorative pieces?

– Rice is such a huge staple in my diet.  This article outlines the evolution of rice from seed to our places (always interesting to know where food comes from!)
– Wear sunscreen always (not just if you live in a tropical country like me), especially if you drive a lot!

    i completely agree about the sunscreen – i wear it every day – even though what little sun I get is through the rare breaks in buildings…

    Sunscreen is very important, but we must also remember that vitamin D is also very important for a healthy body and mind. I enjoyed reading and catching up on your weekly fanciable fancies;-)
