Happy Fun, Free Friday lovelies!
I’ve always loved the light, slightly amorphous strokes of watercolor paintings. There is somewhat of an ethereal quality when it comes to them. I saw Sujay Sanan’s watercolor paintings where flora blends with fauna. Typical animal portraits gain additional depth as they are blended many times with the environments where they belong. I particularly like seeing the penguin with a colony of penguins and the whale with the mountains in the distance.

Otherwise, this weekend I am…
…doing the usual. The little lady has her usual packed weekend (which will be more packed next month!) We are dealing with the repercussions of our broken bed (jumping kids and loosening bed frames!) and shopping for a new one. My other foot got a little crushed by wood as we disassembled it so I hope the swelling goes down soon!
