Here are other worthy reads from blogger buddies and beyond:

– Some foods are super foods because they are packed with essential vitamins.  This list is a great way to see which super foods would make a tasty addition to your diet.

– Is it fashionable or rude for someone to incorporate an aspect of another culture, like a headdress or a bindi?  Jennifer had a great post about it here.

– I’ve been seeing this article about Gwyneth Paltrow’s diet all over the internet (a Cut writer tried it out) and it is funny but also got me thinking – should I be careful about my milk, gluten consumption?

– I haven’t been to Las Vegas in years, but this 36 hour tour of the city (shopping, yoga, and 7 Cirque du Soleil shows!) make me want to book a trip (pictured above)!
